Indigenous Peoples’ Day

The second and final installment of the global collaborative campaign celebrating Indigenous women as stewards of biodiversity worldwide and prompting action amongst an engaged global audience.

Launched on International Indigenous People’s Day, art activations launched in cities including  Melrose, CA (USA), Manila (Philippines), Seattle (USA), Mexico City (Mexico), Maui (Hawaiʻi), and Auckland (New Zealand). The icons featured include Natalie Ball, Hinaleimoana Wong-Kalu, Hindou Oumarou Ibrahim, Flor Palmar, Alisha Carlson and Rosa-Marina-Flores-Cruz.
