We Create was founded by Tracie Ching in 2019. The mentorship program seeks to support and ensure the success of creative professionals, with a special emphasis on minoritized emerging talent, through community and shared knowledge. Maintaining that mission today, We Create serves the creative community worldwide by creating unique and informative programming in collaboration with event partners, as well ala carte mentoring and consultation services to individual artists and corporations looking for creative solutions.
